How enquiries and campaign details are handled.
This notice applies to the ACV corporate website. Product applications have their own operating arrangements.
Your enquiry
Send enquiry saves your request in ACV’s private Lead Engine and displays a receipt after successful storage. Use email instead opens a draft for you to review and send; Copy enquiry copies the text. These fallback actions do not submit the form. Your email provider and ACV’s email systems process messages you send by email.
Campaign information
Where provided, short campaign labels (source, medium, campaign, term and content) and the landing-page path are kept in session storage in this browser tab. Source, medium and campaign labels may accompany a submitted enquiry; the email fallback includes the labels for your review. These are visitor-supplied hints, not verified attribution. The website does not add advertising pixels. Closing the tab normally clears this session information.
Optional website analytics
If you select “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics measures page visits, broad device and referral information, product/service navigation and enquiry intent. We do not send enquiry fields, names, email addresses, message text or URL query strings to Analytics. Preparing an email or copying an enquiry is not proof that an enquiry was received. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
No Google Analytics tag is loaded before you opt in. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to six months. You can decline or withdraw consent through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected reports. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Hosting and images
The hosting service processes requests needed to serve the website. Some pages request images from external image providers, which receive connection information such as your IP address. Links to other websites are governed by their own practices.
Keep the first enquiry brief
Do not include employee records, financial documents, passwords or sensitive personal information. Agree an appropriate channel with ACV before sharing confidential material.

Service-interest measurement
If you allow analytics, preparing or copying an enquiry may record its broad service category: AI, GCC, HR or modernisation. Names, email addresses, company names and message contents are not sent to Analytics. These events indicate intent, not receipt of an enquiry.
Website enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, ACV stores your name, email, organisation, message, selected service or product, relevant guide and campaign labels in its private Lead Engine. Authorised ACV team members use these details to review and respond to your request. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or verify ownership of your email address.
We retain enquiries while handling your request and for relevant business records, and review whether continued retention is necessary. To request access, correction or deletion, contact ceo@acvsolutions.in. We use basic anti-abuse checks and duplicate prevention. Enquiry content and receipt references are never sent to Google Analytics. With analytics consent, we record only successful receipt and a broad service category.
